This is a subject I can mildly relate to. Before my PIE days, I was working for a generalist recruitment agency that would work on almost any positions. I didn’t go to Uni and I was really keen to get into a field that I could learn like the back of my hand and become a ‘Specialist’ – this is what lead me to PIE.
I’ve learnt a crazy amount of silly/pointless/fun facts about the FMCG world since being at PIE but I’ve also learnt a HUGE amount of market knowledge all through being part of the FMCG Team and being able to understand how it plays such a huge part of everyone’s everyday life.
I’ve learnt so much that I didn’t know within the short time scale of me being here. By no means am I an expert yet, but let me get a couple more years under my belt and I’ll be well on my way.
